Footvolley projects
Demonstrations, beginner clinics, youth try-outs, local partnerships and the simple joy of introducing a new sport without making it feel complicated.

Sport · sun · sand · community
A title is only one part of the story. I love Footvolley for the joy of playing together: the sand, the sun, the beach, the skill, the laughter and the feeling that one beautiful game can bring people together.
More than a medal
“But what is this achievement worth? — right now, it’s worth nothing.”
In 2025, my Footvolley partner and I won all three Swedish Footvolley Ranking Tournaments, the Nordic Tournament, and the titles of both Nordic and Swedish Footvolley Champions. I am proud of the work behind that result. But I also believe that achievement means little if a sporting community loses its humanity.
I stand with Humanity, Yiannis Tsiouris and Footvolley Athens. One of my various speeches explains why I believe sport should have the courage to protect people, reject hate and make room for humanity.

Full match · no edits
A complete match from beginning to end — not a highlight reel. I played alongside Daniel Bessa against Footvolley world champion Michel Costa and Zé Moura.
If playback does not start, watch the full match directly on Arweave.
Make the game travel
I want to share Footvolley / Futevôlei wherever I go — globally and anywhere a new community might be ready to discover the game. Start with a court, a ball, a few curious people and the willingness to play.

A home for the right energy
A club is more than a name or a logo. It is the people you choose to train, play, travel and grow with. Footvolley Resistance Club is for players who love the sport, respect each other and want a community with courage, joy and a fresh mindset.
The work away from the court
Footvolley asks for balance, resilience, mobility, breath and a clear mind. I build those things through cross-country running in the mountains of Norway, Arctic surfing, barefoot running in snow, breathwork, ice-cold plunges and sauna.
I also enjoy exploring the simple things nature can offer: chaga, reishi and turkey tail mushrooms; cloves, sumac and other high-ORAC foods; recovery, rest and curiosity. These are personal practices for growth — physically, mentally and spiritually — not shortcuts or promises.
The standard I want to live by
I love this sport deeply, and I want to be honest about the challenges I see around professional competition: pressure to compromise health, the normalisation of performance-enhancing drugs, and a culture that can abandon people when they need support.
I hope we can eventually build a healthy community with people who treat their body and mind as a temple, compete with integrity, stand with humanity and nourish their spirit with good thoughts. Strong competition and good values belong together.

See you on the sand
Footvolley has given me challenge, movement, friendship and purpose. I want to help grow a sport where people can compete fiercely, live consciously, stand with humanity and still enjoy the game with a fresh mind and an open heart.
